Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our Odoo Implementation Services and System Vulnerability Scanner solutions to potential clients. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and drive sales by effectively communicating the value of our services.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation:
    • Identify and research potential clients who may benefit from ERP implementation and system vulnerability scanning services.
    • Build and maintain a database of prospects using CRM tools.
  2. Outbound Calls:
    • Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce our services and explain their benefits.
    • Engage decision-makers (e.g., IT managers, business owners) and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Develop a deep understanding of our ERP implementation services and system vulnerability scanner solutions.
    • Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and ROI of our services to prospects.
  4. Sales Support:
    • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales pipeline.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  5. Achieve Targets:
    • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation, appointments, and sales.
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  6. Market Feedback:
    • Gather feedback from prospects and share insights with the marketing and product teams to improve our offerings.

Qualifications

  1. Experience:
    • Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role.
    • Experience in promoting IT/software services (e.g., ERP, cybersecurity) is a plus.
  2. Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
