Five service lines, two customer types, dozens of commission rules — one shared workshop floor.

Repair jobs need a parts list and a warranty. Oil changes need the grade and the next-service mileage. Tires need a position. Painting needs panels. Wash needs a size-based price. Walk-in customers pay on the spot; fleet companies want a credit limit and a monthly invoice. Painters earn 8% on paint jobs, oil techs earn a fixed 25 SAR per oil change, and some jobs have two technicians splitting the commission. A generic CRM or a one-size-fits-all job form cannot model this. You need a workshop ERP where each service has its own form, fleet contracts have their own balance, and the commission engine speaks per-service rules.
